It was my birthday last weekend and my wife came up with the best surprise dinner for us to have: English Muffin Pizzas!
Nice and cheesy as you can see.
Had a good time making them. Super Easy. All you need are your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, pineapples, onions, bell peppers), pizza sauce, cheese, English muffins, and an oven set at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes.
